Confirmation of Course Enrollment
Confirmation of Course Enrollment (listing of all enrolled students courses and credit hours):
- Time Frame: 21 calendar days after the first day of classes each term
- Emailed to student (on Buckeye Link)
- Posted to the OSU High School Counselor Portal.
This report will contain each enrolled students' courses as of the 3rd week of the term, for which each school district (or the state of Ohio) will be financially responsible.

Student Grade Reports
Student Grade Reports (listing of each secondary school's enrolled students with course grades)
- Time Frame: First Monday after each term's commencement
- Emailed to student (on Buckeye Link)
- Provided to secondary school contact through OSU's Counselor Portal
As soon as final grades are posted, students are able to view their grades online through Buckeye Link. (Grade reports are never mailed to students, but they may print a hard copy to share with school administrators if needed.) All student grade reports are posted to OSU's secure Counselor Portal, where each school's CCP coordinator can request access.
